The hotel exceeded my expectations in terms of cleanliness and comfort. The spacious rooms were some of the most comfortable I've slept in for ages. The service was exceptional, with super nice staff and convenient amenities such as housekeeping and an airport shuttle. The location was superb, right in the old center of Queretaro, making it easy to walk around with restaurants and parks close by. The dining experience was incredible, with delicious food served in a lovely courtyard. While the facilities were great, the only downside was the slightly higher price compared to other options in the area.
